As the Digital Specialist-AI Workforce, you will transform how organizations adopt and scale AI-powered productivity with solutions like M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Chat, Agents, and more. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution: Orchestrate a virtual team to assess customer needs and develop strategies that proactively build stakeholder networks to accelerate and close AI Workforce opportunities.
  • Business Value & Consultative Selling: Foster and expand relationships with key business decision makers, identify new AI opportunities, and communicate the value proposition of AI Workforce solutions.
  • Scaling and Collaboration: Lead the planning, orchestration, and execution of AI Workforce opportunities with internal stakeholders and partners for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Technical Expertise: Engage in conversations with Business and IT Decision Makers, present differentiated solutions, and act as a subject matter specialist in AI Workforce technologies.
  • Sales Excellence: Plan account strategies, conduct business analyses, and manage AI Workforce solutions across territories.
  • Embody our Culture and Values, driving a collaborative and customer-obsessed mindset.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field AND 3+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 4+ years of such experience.
  • Familiarity with AI trends and generative AI concepts, with the ability to translate innovation into business value.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field AND 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 5+ years of such experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in solution sales or consulting services sales.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: Typical base pay range is USD $30.53 - $64.62 per hour, with a revised range of USD $48.37 - $69.18 per hour for positions in the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
