Position Overview

In this role within Business Analysis, you will analyze and interpret data to provide strategic insights and recommendations for improving business performance. As a Manager, you will be responsible for coaching, leveraging your team’s strengths, and leading performance management. You’re expected to not only supervise and develop teams but also identify opportunities that contribute to the firm’s overall success while embracing technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop requirements and user stories from product roadmaps
- Supervise, develop, and coach teams to deliver top-quality work
- Manage client service accounts and drive engagement workstreams
- Solve and analyze complex problems independently
- Perform phases of application systems analysis and translate business requirements into fitting deliverables
- Utilize Agile and scrum methodologies to solve business problems
- Collaborate with business and product owners to clarify objectives
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 4 years of progressive experience managing IT system/software development and project management processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, or Management Information Systems preferred
- IIBA certification
- Experience performing every phase of applications systems analysis and SDLC activities
- Understanding of business requirements with hands-on experience in requirements elicitation, validation and analysis
- Familiarity with Vendor SOW, SLA measures, and acceptance criteria
- Background in managing software development projects and applying analytical skills to determine business importance
Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: $73,500 - $212,280 (Washington state: $73,500 - $244,000). Actual compensation is dependent on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable laws.
