Warehouse Picker- (12:30 PM until 9:00 PM - Monday-Friday) : 199098

Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing various warehouse activities including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, reverse logistics and inventory control. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of quality, productivity and customer service within the automotive parts distribution center. The position is on a 12-month contract with an onsite interview process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Operate equipment such as a stand up tugger and occasionally a forklift.
• Adhere to company core values, policies, and safety standards while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Meet required levels of performance in quality and productivity.
• Maintain essential supplies on equipment and work areas and comply with the company's Value-Added Production System (VPS).
• Be prepared to obtain/maintain required certifications, including those for handling Dangerous Goods.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the group’s supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Proven ability in picking and packing orders with proficiency in sorting and put-away of products.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and operating warehouse equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in logistics/distribution and familiarity with quality management systems.
• Ability to obtain all necessary certifications, including those for handling Dangerous Goods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience and knowledge of SAP are a plus.
• Motivated team player with a strong work ethic.

• Compensation: $20.00 per hour
• Shift: 12:30 PM until 9:00 PM (OT will be needed)
• Contract: 12-month contract, with possibility for permanent hire
