    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Drive the automation initiative through the use of industry best practices.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Combine people management with technical ability, with an emphasis on <strong>QA/Development (SDET)</strong> skillset by automating tests and performing limited manual execution to develop testing strategies.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Develop a working understanding of interfacing applications, test environments, and the testing services, tools, and methodologies.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Formulate test strategy by decomposing business and technical requirements into test case scenarios, defining test data requirements, managing test case creation, and devising contingency plans.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Oversee the test lifecycle by developing test case execution plans, creating test runs, managing issues, reporting metrics, and creating/maintaining automation scripts.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Act as a liaison between Line of Business testing resources and the development team, investigating, monitoring, and reporting issues, while leveraging testing tools and processes wherever possible. <strong>Overtime required</strong> as needed.</li>
