Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic automotive services including mounting and balancing tires, performing oil changes, and conducting additional preventative maintenance.
• Participate in comprehensive training with mid and senior level technicians to learn tire repairs, filter replacements, and other automotive services.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service through clear communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Adhere strictly to established safety policies and company procedures.
• Adapt to flexible shift schedules, including weekends and holidays as required by location.

Required Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Commitment to learning new technologies and following established safety policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training.
