Job Description
Position Overview
As a Supply Chain Team Lead, your role is pivotal in overseeing the complete cycle of sales order creation and monitoring – from initiation to recognition – while ensuring strict adherence to protocols (including return flows for our Medical Consumables line). You will also facilitate weekly review meetings between factory and market teams and provide expert guidance in navigating SAP systems. This is an in‐office role where teamwork is essential, with in-person collaboration at least 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizes and oversees the creation and monitoring of sales orders through both manual and automated channels, ensuring compliance with protocols including returns management.
- Facilitates weekly review meetings between factory and market teams to drive strategic planning and alignment on objectives.
- Provides expert guidance and hands-on support in navigating SAP systems, while implementing standardized approaches and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manages team talent by driving employee selection, performance evaluation, compensation, and career development.
- Proactively manages exceptional orders to prevent escalations and promptly resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations OR Vocational Education in Order Management (or equivalent).
- 4+ years of experience in order management or order fulfillment; alternatively, a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree and strong knowledge in Supply Chain will be considered.
- Must meet the minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.

- Compensation: Base pay range of $60,000.00 to $96,000.00, with potential for annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives.
