Supply Chain Operations Manager, Baptist Downtown

Position Overview

Baptist Health is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager for the Materials Management team at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL, located at Baptist Downtown. This is a Full-Time opportunity where you will ensure smooth day-to-day supply chain operations while driving financial performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Supply Chain Operations including central storeroom management, receiving and shipping, PAR Supply, order and case cart fulfillment, and equipment/asset management.
• Accountable for financial performance by controlling revenue, costs, inventory, and ensuring high operational service quality.
• Manage operational projects and process improvement initiatives with a high level of initiative and execution effectiveness.
• Foster a team environment characterized by exceptional customer service, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including travel between Baptist Beaches, Baptist Nassau, freestanding EDs, and Metro Square.

Required Qualifications

• Qualifications: In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, a minimum of 5-7 years of Hospital Supply Chain experience plus 3-5 years of Supervisory/Management experience (including 3-5 years Supervisory Experience) is required.
• Ability to travel between multiple Baptist Health locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 3-5 Years Distribution Experience.
• 3-5 Years Healthcare Experience.
• Relevant equivalent experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
