Job Description
Builder Sales Representative
Presidio Steel Doors and Windows is looking for a Builder Sales Representative to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Develop a prospect list of qualified contractors and projects through existing contacts, referrals, public lists, face-to-face calling on business owners, email, networking, telephone, etc.
- Maintain a consistent opportunity to bid on Doors and windows projects (Multi Family Complex/Commercial/New Home Construction).
- Manage and win targeted project bid goals.
- Goal: $100,000 to $300,000 monthly with ramp-up period of 18-24 months.
Duties
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the builder/designer/architect community, projects, and needs.
- Visit job sites and attend off-site meetings to attain measurements and other information necessary for the design.
- Attend Events which may include: NARI events, lunch meetings, site visits and showroom meetings.
- Develop and maintain an Outreach Program through the company’s CRM and marketing department.
Attributes/Qualifications:
- Existing connections with the opportunity to bid.
- Multifamily, Track Home Builders, Custom Home Builder experience.
- Multiple years of successful sales and design experience.
- Proven track record of consistently and successfully attaining sales goals.
- A positive teamwork attitude focused on service, integrity, and growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-versed in the use of Technology. Computer, Systems, etc. / Salesforce or CRM a plus.

This is a salary and commission position with pay:
$65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
