Key Responsibilities

  • Source like a sniper using LinkedIn, cold calls, meetups, and referral mining.
  • Own and challenge the requirements with hiring managers to deliver top results.
  • Relentlessly recruit top-tier engineers in a highly competitive market.
  • Think like a marketer – pitch roles in ways that attract top talent and convert leads.
  • Track, report, and optimize your recruiting process with a focus on measurable data.
  • Stay ahead of industry shifts and understand what engineers desire before they ask.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of agency recruiting experience (engineering preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, Sales, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment and engineering hiring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
  • Self-motivation, killer phone skills, and the hustle to manage multiple requisitions without dropping the ball.
  • Grit and resilience – the ability to handle rejection and stay sharp under pressure.
