The INTERIOR DESIGN INTERN will work alongside designers and architects on a broad range of projects. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in all phases of interior design, contribute to drawings, space planning, material selections, and support construction documentation. Enjoy a personalized experience with one-on-one mentorship from principals and senior designers, bridging academic studies with real-world professional practice through a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing interior design drawings, space planning and FF+E selections
- Create presentations and contribute to design concepts and material selections
- Collaborate with designers, architects and project teams on active projects
- Support construction documentation, detailing and specification writing
- Participate in design collaboration, client meetings and team discussions
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in a CIDA-accredited interior design program
- Strong design sensibility and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
- Experience in Enscape (desired)
