Position Overview

Schedule: Day/Evening/Night (United States of America)
Salary: $39.49 to $61.91 per hour

Allina Health hires new graduate RNs to join our team in providing care that is patient centered, collaborative in nature and exceptional in quality. We have one application for new graduates with less than 1 year of RN work experience. Allina is dedicated to supporting our new graduate RNs with a precepted orientation and New Grad Nurse Residency Program for the first several months of professional practice as you make the transition from student to professional nurse. This program aims to create a sense of community by bringing individuals together to discuss key areas of professional nursing practice including Nursing Research and Evidence-Based Practice, Information Technology, Clinical Ethics, Wellbeing, Conflict Resolution, Medication Safety, Culture of Safety, and Quality Improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Licensed Registered Nurse – MN Board of Nursing required if working in state of MN upon hire / WI Department of Safety & Professional Services required if working in the state of WI upon hire
• Must meet at least ONE of the following requirements:
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross
  • Allina in-house BLS training (within 30 days of hire)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
