Key Responsibilities

  • Provide telephonic support and guidance to members by utilizing your clinical expertise and knowledge of healthcare protocols.
  • Ensure that members receive the best possible care by assessing their needs and providing appropriate medical advice and resources.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by demonstrating compassion, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions with members.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and pharmacists, to coordinate care and provide holistic support to members.
  • Utilize electronic health records and other technology to accurately document and track member interactions and care plans.
  • Stay updated on current healthcare practices, policies, and regulations to provide evidence-based and compliant care to members.
  • Educate members on preventive care measures and self-management techniques to promote overall health and wellness.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain HIPAA compliance at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with other Call Center Nurses and call center staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development by attending trainings and staying updated on healthcare industry developments.

Required Qualifications

  • Qualifications: Current RN license, compassionate and skilled, patient-focused healthcare professional.
