Required Qualifications
- Recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Science or individuals looking to switch careers or return to the tech industry.
- A solid understanding of technical concepts demonstrated through academic projects, internships, or self-driven learning.
Preferred Qualifications
- For Java/Full Stack/DevOps positions:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT.
- Proficiency in Core Java, JavaScript, C++ or other software programming languages.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, Kubernetes, and REST APIs.
- For Data Science/Data Analyst/AI/Machine Learning positions:
- Associate, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- Working knowledge of Statistics, Gen AI, LLM, SageMaker, Python, Computer Vision, and data visualization tools.
- A proactive approach to bridging any skills gaps through additional training programs.
