Our client is seeking a Marketing Campaign Specialist to cover for a team member going on leave. This role will be onsite three days a week, require availability to work 40 hours a week, and it will last for 9 months (likely extend to 12).

This role aligns well with digital project management and digital campaign management roles.

The Marketing Campaign Specialist supports the planning and execution of go-to-market campaigns by coordinating content development, including aligning content for key trade shows and industry events, and supporting the rollout and ongoing management of campaign assets across channels to effectively promote the company's products and services.

Reporting to the Head of Business Marketing, this role supports the business marketing team in executing marketing initiatives and delivering campaign assets across integrated marketing campaigns. The Marketing Campaign Specialist works closely with stakeholders to coordinate input, manage timelines, create audience-focused content, and contribute to the ongoing development and updating of a range of deliverables - from campaign assets to sales enablement to thought leadership - including supporting messaging and content for trade shows, conferences, and industry events. This role will follow established campaign processes and workflows to deliver consistent high-quality marketing communications across multiple channels.

The Marketing Campaign Specialist will collaborate closely with the broader communications team to ensure a coherent, integrated approach across all marketing channels and tactics. This includes coordination with:

  • Head of Business Marketing - to prioritize deliverables and align campaign execution
  • Head of Digital Marketing - to support content that drives effective campaigns
  • Media Relations Manager - to coordinate external articles and published materials
  • Internal Communications Manager - to ensure products and services are represented within internal communications
  • Creative Services Manager - to collaborate on the production of marketing assets, ensuring timely delivery across campaign materials

The Marketing Campaign Specialist provides marketing support to business lines by:

  • Supporting campaign planning through coordination of inputs, timelines, and deliverables
  • Supporting the execution and ongoing maintenance of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment across teams and timely delivery of assets
  • Coordinating the planning, development, and delivery of marketing content for tradeshows, conferences, and industry events, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and consistent messaging
  • Developing and coordinating digital marketing content, including web content, social media posts, videos, email campaigns, and other online promotional materials
  • Coordinating the development of sales enablement tools, such as brochures, case studies and product sheets, to help commercial teams communicate product benefits
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, with guidance from the Digital Marketing Team, using data-driven insights to inform campaign adjustments.
  • Managing content calendars, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met across multiple concurrent projects
  • Coordinating content distribution across channels (web, social, email, internal platforms) in partnership with digital and communications teams

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content, or campaign execution, ideally in the energy, geoscience, or technology sectors
  • Understanding of the energy industry's evolving landscape, e.g., critical mineral discovery, carbon storage solutions, and geoscience technologies
  • Self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly, work proactively, and manage competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service focus

Position Details

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
