Diamond AdvanEdge is a marketing firm located in the Sugar Land area. We are seeking individuals to develop into Junior Account Managers for our team.

This is an entry-level position. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to start a career in business, management, sales. Please keep in mind, everyone will start at the entry level no matter how much experience. It's important to learn the ins and outs of a company first!

Responsibilities:

- Generating new sales leads
- Training new employees
- Hitting sales quotas for our company and clients
- Managing a small team of your own
- Travelling to various retail locations

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Great communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a face-to-face environment
- Ability to step into a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree, preferred but not required
