Schedule:
Part-time (1 full field day + flexible editing hours)About the Role
SK Houston Constructions is looking for a talented and creative Content Creator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves videography, storytelling, and creating engaging social media content in the construction and home-remodeling world.
You will spend one full day per week (8 hours) traveling to different job sites to capture videos and photos of our projects. The rest of the work will be done remotely throughout the week, focusing on editing and posting content.
Responsibilities
- Visit multiple construction and remodeling projects once a week to film high-quality videos and take professional photos.
- Create engaging reels, posts, and stories for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Edit videos and photos to match the company's branding and style.
- Build storytelling around ongoing projects (before/after, progress, behind-the-scenes).
- Organize and store media files efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan weekly content.
- Stay up to date with trends in social media and construction-related content.
- Post stories and reels every single day.
Requirements
- Experience: videography and editing (required).
- Knowledge: strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Content Creation: ability to create polished, clean, and engaging content.
- Equipment: must own a professional camera and all necessary equipment (gimbal, microphone, lighting, etc.).
- Transportation: reliable transportation for weekly job-site travel.
- Independence: ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creativity: creative eye for storytelling, angles, and aesthetic visuals.
Schedule & Compensation
- 1 full day (8 hours) onsite filming at multiple projects.
- Additional remote hours during the week for editing and posting.
- Part-time position — compensation based on experience.
