Job Description

Position Overview

Cyclotron is seeking an experienced, motivated, and entrepreneurial Sales Account Executive with expertise in the Microsoft Portfolio to join our expanding US national Sales Team. This full-time remote role is open to candidates residing in Atlanta or its surrounding areas. You will own the entire sales process—from lead generation to closing deals in your territory—with a strong emphasis on services, software sales, and account management. Candidates with Sales Engineering experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage territory sales business plans.
  • Independently manage assigned sales territory.
  • Effectively prospect, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Implement a robust sales strategy to manage the full sales cycle and close deals within target timelines.
  • Prospect new leads in both new and existing accounts.
  • Manage existing accounts and identify new services sales opportunities.
  • Drive business conversations with key influencers and decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell services.
  • Consultatively sell by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to create co-selling opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5+ years of dedicated experience as a Software, Solution Sales, or Account Executive.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling Microsoft Software or Services, or similar Enterprise Software Solutions.
  • Strong sales knowledge of Microsoft Solutions (Microsoft365, Azure, and/or Dynamics365).
  • Experience leveraging CRM Software for daily account management activities.
  • A critical thinker and independent problem-solver.
