Think Tell Junction is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with experienced project managers and gain valuable hands-on experience in planning, monitoring, communication, and reporting. The position is full-time with a Monday to Friday schedule and is based in person at our office in New Orleans, LA. Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in planning and executing project activities.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information.
- Communicate project status and updates to team members and stakeholders.
- Organize project documentation and maintain project files.
- Participate in project meetings and take meeting minutes.
- Track project progress and report on any issues or challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
