Position Overview
The Network DevSecOPs Lead (LL6) role is based out of Dearborn, Michigan, USA and is a strategic leadership position responsible for transforming enterprise connectivity across manufacturing plants, business offices, engineering centers, parts depots, and datacenters. This role requires deep expertise in emerging technologies including Secure Access Services Edge and Cloud hosted Collaboration services to drive innovation and resiliency in a global infrastructure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of enterprise connectivity across diverse environments including large manufacturing plants, business offices, engineering centers, parts depots, and datacenters, leveraging emerging technologies.
- Define the adoption strategy, conduct business impact analysis, and map user adoption journeys while utilizing expertise in SASE, SDWAN, Zero Trust Networks, and Multi Cloud security. Identify and expose design weaknesses and vulnerabilities in collaboration with other infrastructure domains.
- Oversee code certification and pre-deployment testing, manage production deployment issues, and escalate to OEM Engineering when necessary.
- Collaborate with suppliers to design the framework and prototype IoT-based solutions for enhanced monitoring and observability.
- Define the roadmap for advanced observability initiatives, lead a team of developers in creating automated solutions aligned with SRE principles, and focus on process optimization, tech debt remediation, and reducing cost spillage to achieve MTTX goals for EPEO.
- Drive the operationalization of an AIOPS framework by working closely with SRE, incident response, and monitoring teams to ensure continuous improvements.
- Act as a global leader in planning and executing unit-level transformation initiatives, collaborate with cross-domain peers to implement a Zero Trust Framework, and deliver on objectives for self-healing networks and Secure and Resilient services.
- Lead internal and external audits, support the analysis of LDOS and PSIRTS, and develop remediation strategies along with business plans for funding and full execution oversight.
