Job Description

Position Overview

We're building an AI operating system that can run outpatient clinics on autopilot. We recently raised an oversubscribed $4.4M seed round from some of the best investors in Silicon Valley like Y Combinator, General Catalyst, 186 Ventures, Reach Capital, and more. Our team includes AI product leaders from companies like Google, and health system chief medical officers. We are overwhelmed with inbound interest from practices and are looking for a Founding Account Executive to join us in our New York office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Sales: You will conduct sales demo calls to educate practices about our product and close sales, leveraging the hundreds of inbound inquiries we receive.
  • Customer Onboarding: You will be trained to onboard new practices onto our platform, ensuring they realize maximum ROI and go live in minutes.
  • Leadership: You will have the opportunity to help build our sales organization from the ground up alongside our founders.

Required Qualifications

  • Incredibly ambitious, seeking rapid career growth, and ready to work incredibly hard.
  • Excited about the prospect of helping to set up a sales organization at its inception.
  • Passionate about transforming healthcare with AI.
  • Strong understanding of front office and back office operations, and revenue cycle.
  • Prior experience selling software to businesses.
  • Tech savvy and able to quickly grasp the technical nuances of AI agents and software systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience selling software to medical practices.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: OTE: $140k. However, based on conversion data, strong performers can achieve earnings between $200k and $300k.
  • Location: New York.
