Key Responsibilities
- Manage high volume incoming calls, and emails
- Problem solve and research solutions for the caller
- Log all calls into computer with details of the call
- Work within multiple systems with dual screen monitors
- Maintain a professional dialogue while handling difficult situations with callers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of experience in customer service in a healthcare environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in one or more of the following: Medicare, Medicaid, health insurance, geriatric population and/or utilization/care management process
- Bilingual (Russian, Spanish, and Chinese) a plus
