Robotics Process Automation Developer

Position Overview

AttainX, Inc. is seeking a highly energetic Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer with strong technical, communication, and organizational skills to support our government client. This is a REMOTE position, open to US Citizens or Permanent Residents. Candidates must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert knowledge of RPA solutions and associated methodologies to support development teams through all phases of the RPA delivery lifecycle.
• Mentor colleagues during the development and support phases of RPA solutions.
• Identify new process opportunities, analyze feasibility, and accurately estimate new processes.
• Analyze, understand, and document detailed business processes where required.
• Identify and communicate technical infrastructure requirements.
• Design RPA process solutions following standard design principles and conventions.
• Manage tasks effectively and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate and brainstorm in ambiguous situations to develop effective solutions to business challenges.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 10 years’ overall experience.
• 2+ years of experience developing and maintaining RPA solutions using UiPath.
• 1-3 years’ experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Experience in scheduling and debugging via an RPA tool scheduler or command center.
• Proficient in GitHub source code management and working within an Agile environment.
• Must be a Certified UiPath RPA Associate (UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification is preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise in UiPath RPA Development and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working on US Federal Government Contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver technology solutions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven enterprise environment.
• Self-starter with strong motivation and the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments while maintaining keen attention to detail.
