We are building a best-in-class Social Media Center of Excellence to accelerate and scale compliant, customer-centric content across platforms. We are looking for a diligent, dedicated Social Media Ops Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about digital execution, and is ready to connect strategy with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute social media campaigns using publishing tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and partner with brand teams and the in-house agency.
  • Optimize workflows by maintaining creative grids, project trackers, and developing SOPs while leveraging automation and AI-driven tools.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts by serving as the liaison between social strategists, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and Brand teams.
  • Ensure operational excellence through quality control, rigorous pre-launch checks, and performance analysis to meet brand and regulatory standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by developing process enhancements, automating repetitive tasks, and sharing best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media operations, marketing, or traffic project management.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agency or in-house experience in regulated industries with demonstrated creative grid and campaign coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with familiarity in social analytics and content performance tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Meltwater, Hootsuite).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront) and technical expertise in design software (Adobe Suite).

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation & Bonus: $58,500 - $137,500 with eligibility for a company bonus based on performance.
