Remote Customer Service/Dispatcher for Mobile Medical Company

Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service/Dispatcher for our mobile medical services company, you will play a key role in managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling work orders, and ensuring that jobs are completed efficiently. You will support mobile lab, x-ray, ultrasound, and home health providers while providing exceptional customer service. This part-time, weekend-only position (Saturday 6am–2pm PST & Sunday 2pm–10pm PST) is 100% work from home – Compensation: From $14.00 per hour. Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and schedule work orders for various healthcare service providers.
• Answer basic customer service inquiries and provide timely information.
• Dispatch technicians and follow up to ensure all jobs are completed.
• Familiarize yourself with multiple clients’ procedures and service variations.
• Adapt to a varied workflow based on incoming calls and staffing priorities.

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in English with strong communication and phone etiquette skills.
• Experience in customer support, call center operations, and client services.
• Skilled in data entry, typing, and proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Must have a quiet, dedicated home office with strong internet and reliable VOIP capability.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in medical settings is advantageous.
• Availability to work weekends (both Saturday and Sunday) is required.
