Position Summary

Stenz is seeking a dependable, hardworking Entry‑Level Laborer to support our construction team on active job sites. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn the construction industry, takes pride in doing quality work, and enjoys being part of a team that values craftsmanship, stewardship, and accountability. The Entry‑Level Laborer will assist with general site duties, help maintain a safe and organized work environment, and support field staff with a variety of tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction site cleanup and organization
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
• Support carpenters, superintendents, and other field team members with daily tasks
• Help prepare and maintain work areas for ongoing construction activities
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and properly
• Follow all company safety policies and job site procedures
• Assist with demolition, material handling, and basic construction tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site Perform other duties as assigned by field leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent: preferred
• Previous construction experience: is helpful but not required
• Willingness: to learn and take direction from supervisors and skilled tradespeople
• Strong work ethic: and dependable attendance
• Ability: to work well as part of a team
• Positive attitude: and willingness to help where needed
• Basic knowledge: of construction tools and job site safety is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability: to lift and carry heavy materials
• Ability: to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
• Ability: to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Ability: to perform physically demanding work safely
