Position Overview
Odoo is an open-source ERP platform that streamlines business operations with an integrated suite of applications. As an Account Executive – North America (Early Career) in a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) based in Buffalo, NY, you will work directly with companies to understand their operations and propose tailored software solutions. In this role you will drive growth across multiple industries while expanding Odoo’s market presence. Estimated Annual Compensation Range: $69,000-$93,000 OTE. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other Account Executives to drive the growth and adoption of Odoo SaaS solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle, from inbound conversion through initial close to post-sale account management for upselling
- Analyze prospects' business operations and build tailored Odoo implementation packages for product demos
- Sell a diverse SaaS offering across almost any industry in the North American region
- Identify opportunities to improve and optimize the sales process
- Achieve revenue targets in a quota carrying role
- Participate in team reviews and share best practices periodically
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of internship experience
- Strong understanding of business operations
- Familiarity with a variety of software providers across different verticals
- Proven ability to learn quickly, think on your feet, and communicate effectively
- Results-oriented, analytical, self-motivated with a hands-on approach
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
- Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic and rapidly changing environment

- Additional Compensation: Base salary range of $45,000-$70,000. Actual salaries may vary based on education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
