We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer service functions: greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Place outbound calls for follow-ups and to reach prospective clients.
- Present and explain fees, including processing payments.
- Recommend, select, and obtain products and services, including prescriptions.
- Answer questions regarding products and services by educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (e.g., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, flea & tick control).
- Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain the hospital facility—including removal of animal waste—to ensure a neat and clean environment both inside and outside.
