As a Sales Operations Manager, you will work closely with the founder and team at @residencesupply, an established 8-figure e-commerce business, to transform our $4M/year foundation into a $20M+/year powerhouse. This hands-on role involves leadership, system building, and B2B expansion by redesigning sales processes, implementing technology, training teams, and forging partnerships with contractors, woodworkers, electricians, and sign shops across South Florida. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a multi-store sales team – train, coach, and hold reps accountable.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent with structured training programs.
- Set and track daily/weekly sales goals including calls, follow-ups, and new account acquisition.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings to review performance, refine strategies, and celebrate wins.
- Implement and manage a CRM with clear dashboards, reporting, and automation.
- Develop and enforce SOPs for sales activities such as outbound calls, B2B outreach, and retail hand-offs.
- Drive B2B growth by targeting key partners like contractors, cabinet shops, electricians, and sign shops.
- Support marketing campaigns with coordinated sales pushes.
- Monitor competitors and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Act as a player-coach by leading by example, stepping in to close deals when needed.
- Collaborate with Operations & Purchasing to ensure sales promises align with inventory and delivery.
- Foster a culture of accountability, resilience, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- A tech-driven sales leader with a passion for systems, CRMs, automations, and data dashboards.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with a proven ability to lead teams and close business in the Miami market.
- Experienced in exporting data and proficient with tools such as VOIP systems, Google Sheets, and inventory software.
- A hands-on manager with a track record of scaling sales teams and revenue.
- A self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, iterative environment.
Compensation & Bonuses
- Base Salary: $60K–$70K
- Commission + Bonuses: Performance-driven potential tied to organizational targets
- Role: Full-time, Miami-based, in-office leadership position
