Your Responsibilities
- Act as a key specialist and technical authority in implementing and managing automated Human Resources (HR) systems within a complex and evolving environment.
- Utilize your extensive knowledge of civilian HR operations, regulations, and procedures to optimize HR systems and automate processes for greater efficiency.
- Analyze system requirements and interpret changes that affect HR policies and processes, providing insightful recommendations that support regional HR operations.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for personnel on all HR systems and applications, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Evaluate requests for data from external agencies, delivering special non-routine products and serving as a senior specialist to provide guidance on complex HR issues, ensuring operational continuity and accuracy in information dissemination.
