In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and driving field marketing excellence across White Cap’s North American footprint by overseeing a team of Field Marketing Managers and Senior Specialists, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and collaboration.
You will guide high-performing teams to create and implement localized marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, deepen customer engagement, and drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Align regional marketing initiatives with national priorities and broader company objectives.
- Lead efforts to optimize operational processes, uncover new growth opportunities, and drive efficiencies across channels.
- Partner with senior leadership to design and execute pilot programs that deliver a consistent omni-channel customer experience.
- Manage and develop a high-performance team by fostering ownership, accountability, and innovation while supporting regional sales growth, market expansion, and customer retention.
- Translate national marketing priorities into regionally tailored strategies through collaboration with sales leadership, supplier partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Champion the integration of field marketing and field initiatives with White Cap’s omni-channel strategy by collaborating with Digital, Content, and eCommerce teams.
- Oversee team participation in local trade shows, industry events, association meetings, and other opportunities to optimize brand impact and ROI.
- Establish KPIs, OKRs, and other success metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and guide strategic decisions.
- Implement process improvements to enhance team performance, streamline execution, and support scalable growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a related discipline; advanced degree considered an asset.
- Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field; certifications may be required.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Experience managing teams and making decisions that can have significant business impact.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing regional teams in a B2B environment, preferably within distribution, construction, or industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting ROI, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Deep understanding of omni-channel principles, including digital, field, and customer engagement strategies.
- Proven leadership capabilities with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategic decisions in a matrixed organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics platforms.

- Remote/Hybrid: This position may be remote or hybrid based on location. Candidates in the greater Atlanta area may be required to work two days a week at the Doraville, GA Field Support Center.
