In this in-office opportunity in Bridgewater, NJ, you will support Financial Advisors under our Employee Advisor Model—serving as a vital link between internal teams, advisors, and clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive client support through daily communication with advisors and clients.
  • Address inquiries on account activity, policies, documentation, and manage time-sensitive tasks such as RMDs, distributions, and tax forms.
  • Submit account instructions, research complex issues, and collaborate with internal teams for timely resolution.
  • Educate clients and advisors on services and technology, including eSignature and paperless options, and contribute to peer development and project work.
  • Manage operational reports for cash management and distributions, complete special projects, and promote cost-saving initiatives through digital adoption.
  • Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, preparing meeting materials, updating CRM systems, and processing expense reports.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of financial industry experience, preferably in wealth management
  • 1+ years of experience in the client service industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Desire to obtain industry licenses (i.e. SIE, Series 7 and 66)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective oral and written communication, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients, coworkers, and internal/external partners
  • Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, driven, and takes initiative
  • Experience with the Microsoft program suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
