As our Growth Marketing Lead, you will own Woden’s growth and marketing efforts. You’ll leverage our proven messaging framework and established ICP and buyer personas to convince founders, CEOs, and strategic leaders that a strategic narrative is the key to achieving their business objectives. This role blends creativity, executional excellence, and a data-driven approach to optimize lead generation, build brand awareness, and drive revenue. You will work closely with our managing partner, sales, and client success teams—while experiencing our mission-obsessed, team-first culture onsite in our Philadelphia, PA office daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute Woden’s go-to-market strategies, including growth, brand marketing, and demand generation.
- Manage Woden’s LinkedIn ads, Adwords, and Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with the managing partner to create founder-led content and thought leadership.
- Manage Woden’s weekly email newsletter.
- Build brand awareness and outreach campaigns.
- Manage Woden’s website, including implementing best SEO practices.
- Create marketing content including case studies, whitepapers, one-sheets, and other collateral.
- Coordinate with outside agencies and partners for video and email marketing.
- Own Woden’s social proof strategy, including managing our Clutch page.
- Own Woden’s social media presence.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of B2B experience in growth marketing, content marketing, demand generation, or brand marketing.
- Proficient in Hubspot.
- Experience marketing high-ticket B2B services is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Google Adwords and LinkedIn Ads.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Clay or Telescope.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Dynamic and agile with the ability to adapt to change.
- A builder mentality with a passion for creating something huge.
- Both data-driven and creative; able to solve problems with a story-driven mindset.
