Position Overview
National Corporate Housing is seeking a driven and adaptable Campus Recruiter specializing in university and college relations. This role focuses on fostering partnerships between National Corporate Housing and academic institutions. At National, we don’t just provide housing — we create home-like experiences for global business travelers and relocating professionals across 28+ offices worldwide. As a Campus Recruiter, you will develop relationships with academic institutions to support our talent acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges and universities, collaborating with faculty, career services, and student organizations.
- Promote the organization’s brand and employment opportunities by organizing and participating in career fairs, networking events, and information sessions.
- Engage with students through classroom presentations, workshops, industry panels, and campus outreach activities.
- Actively source and recruit students for internships, co-op programs, and entry-level roles by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing qualifications.
- Develop and manage internship and recruitment programs tailored to both organizational and academic needs.
- Track recruitment metrics including applicant flow, conversion rates, and diversity statistics.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of recruitment goals and strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to build and improve processes and relationships.
- Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
