Entry Level - Work From Home Sales

Position Overview

The Hoffmann Agency, a partner of Symmetry Financial Group, is looking for driven sales representatives to join our team and help protect families across the nation with life and health insurance, mortgage protection, and financial advisement. This is a commission‐based opportunity with uncapped commission paid daily. Roles include:

• Part-Time Agent: 15-20 hours per week with the potential to earn between $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year.
• Full-Time Agent: 30-35 hours per week with the potential to earn between $80,000-$180,000+ in the first year.
• Agency Owners: Ability to generate a system‐driven income of $200,000-$500,000+ per year.

There is also an opportunity for agents to build their own team and obtain contractual ownership of their own agency, creating a path to passive income and a lasting legacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one mentorship and both virtual and in-person training.
• Work with warm leads from families who have requested coverage.
• Meet virtually with families to offer various life and health products.
• Maintain flexible hours and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Foster a fun, healthy work-life balance with the opportunity for high-level income.
• Hire based on character while promoting personal growth and community development.
• Design policies that fit clients’ needs and protect families using the best available products.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for hire)
• Strong communication skills
