Position Overview
As the Regional Sales Manager, Upper Extremities, you will drive revenue and lead the Stryker Upper Extremities Sales team in a fast‐paced environment. You’ll analyze market data, identify new prospects, develop effective sales and marketing strategies, and build enduring relationships with hospital staff, surgeons, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the Stryker Upper Extremities Sales team.
- Drive revenue and exceed territory market share objectives.
- Analyze market information, identify new prospects, and create effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets and expenditures while recommending pricing schedules and discount rates.
- Build ongoing partnerships with local hospital staff, surgeons, and internal teams.
- Provide backup support during operating/emergency room consultations and resolve customer or account issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus.
- 5+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience (medical device industry preferred).
- 2+ years of sales management experience and/or proven ability to lead a team to achieve sales goals.
- Proficiency in using current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.).

- Compensation: $127,200 - $208,000 salary plus bonus eligible (individual pay based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors) and benefits.
