Position Overview

Join Our Team as an Entry-Level Medical Device Assembler in Boulder! Are you looking to kickstart your career in the medical device industry? This role offers on‐the‐job training with no formal interview required. Work fully onsite in Boulder, CO and get hands-on experience in assembling cutting‐edge medical devices. Compensation: $18.50 - $21.50/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices with precision and care.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment to complete tasks.
• Inspect and test products to ensure top-notch quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and clean room procedures (wear clean room attire such as gowns, gloves, and hairnets; adhere to strict hygiene requirements).
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 30lbs.
• Willingness to work in a controlled, sterile clean room environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
