Position Overview

As a Strategic Partner Marketing Lead, you will drive thought leadership and global partnership marketing strategies for our most critical ecosystem partners. This role is pivotal in unifying global and regional marketing efforts to maximize partner impact, fuel demand generation, and unlock measurable pipeline contributions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage demand generation and thought leadership strategies for strategic partnerships.
  • Create comprehensive marketing frameworks that can be localized across regional markets.
  • Serve as the global orchestrator for critical partner marketing programs, including global system integrators, strategic technology partners, and transformative enterprise partnerships.
  • Design high-impact, globally scalable marketing narratives that highlight joint value propositions.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing leads to ensure global strategies are effectively localized.
  • Develop co-marketing playbooks and engagement models for top-tier global partners.
  • Create executive-level thought leadership content demonstrating strategic partnership value.
  • Manage complex partnership marketing initiatives across multiple regions and go-to-market motions.
  • Drive alignment between the global partnership strategy and regional marketing execution.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in technology partnerships.
  • 5+ years of experience in global, strategic partnership marketing.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing complex, multi-regional partnership marketing programs.
  • Advanced degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent strategic marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated success in creating high-impact marketing strategies for enterprise technology partnerships.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple cultural and organizational contexts.
  • Expert-level understanding of scalable yet locally relevant marketing approaches.
  • Exceptional storytelling, narrative development, and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced understanding of enterprise software marketing, content strategy, and digital marketing.
