• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create experiences that drive business goals.
• Champion customer needs by identifying opportunities for product and feature enhancements.
• Maintain and update the teams shared Figma libraries utilizing modern best practices.
• Solicit feedback from peers to drive design forward.
• Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.

What Were Looking For

• At least 6+ years of experience as a.
• A proven track record of shipping products and features.
• An outstanding portfolio demonstrating understanding of key digital product design fundamentals (e.g., typography, color theory, interaction, visual design).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivation to help drive Design Ops, team collaboration, and adoption of best practices.

Compensation

Compensation: $58+ hour.
