Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Office Clerk to join our team in Hialeah Gardens, Florida. As an Office Clerk, you will play an essential role in supporting our office operations by performing a variety of administrative tasks. If you're comfortable with data entry and familiar with Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Outlook, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage and maintain office files, documents, and records
- Handle incoming emails and respond to inquiries
- Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, and filing
- Collaborate with team members to support office operations
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle basic administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable and punctual
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous office or administrative experience (a plus, but not required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
