Key Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with your Account Manager to target key market segments and skill sets.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform diverse customer service activities and give back to your community through volunteering.

Required Qualifications

• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience collaborating in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

Benefits & Perks

• Base Salary:$45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commissions during the hourly training period. After 1 year, your base salary will increase to$55,000with continued commission and performance-based incentives.

• Projected Recruiter Earnings:Year 1: $50,000; Year 2: $76,000; Year 3: $102,000.
