We are looking for a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to join our Business Development team in our regional office in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, develop, and produce qualification packages, proposals, and interview materials.
- Write, edit, and organize pursuit content with a focus on clarity, brand consistency, and storytelling.
- Create visually compelling layouts and graphics for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Manage pursuit schedules, deadlines, and deliverables with attention to detail.
- Maintain and update marketing and proposal databases (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Egnyte, and other tools).
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, graphic design, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or business development role, preferably in the AEC industry.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign).
- Strong graphic design skills with experience in creating visually appealing layouts and graphics.
Preferred:
- Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365/CRM and marketing database tools.
