Job Description

Position Overview

Tri-Sen Systems Corporation, headquartered in Houston, Texas, specializes in turbomachinery control solutions for turbines, compressors, and generators. Their products serve critical applications across industries such as refining, petrochemical, power generation, and oil and gas production.

Tri-Sen is seeking a full-time Supply Chain Coordinator for an on-site role at its Webster, TX location. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, this role supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of supply chain operations to ensure the timely and cost-effective flow of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Purchasing:
    • Generate, track, and receive purchase orders
    • Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers to resolve delays or discrepancies
    • Maintain job cost system
    • Support engineering initiatives through direct product/purchasing support and BOM creation
  • Inventory:
    • Participate in semi-annual physical inventory counts
    • Review monthly inventory transactions
    • Generate detailed inventory reports
    • Support process improvement initiatives
  • Shipping/Order Management:
    • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders per Sales Order agreements – must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and move materials as required
    • Coordinate shipments with carriers
    • Track deliverables to minimize delays and mitigate non-compliance risk
    • Inform the sales team in the event of expected delays
    • Support RMA processing

Required Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Prior experience in a Supply Chain-related function
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Webster, TX and coordinate multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with ERP software (SAP preferred)
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel for reporting and data analysis
