Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic Field Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across the Eastern United States. In this pivotal role, you will establish and grow our brand presence, drive client engagement, and support sales efforts across diverse territories. You will balance creativity with operational excellence, ensuring every initiative is executed with proactive planning and clear communication. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute regional field & event marketing programs—including client events, conferences, and sponsorships—in alignment with growth and revenue goals.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Partner Marketing, and BDR teams to drive outreach, attendance, and post-event follow-up.
- Oversee all event logistics from venue sourcing and vendor coordination to on-site execution and communications.
- Support national program initiatives by maintaining calendars, managing budgets, coordinating vendor invoicing, and reporting on ROI.
- Drive partner and sponsorship marketing efforts, including managing MDF funding and supporting co-branded activations.
- Work with the Digital Marketing team to ensure event assets (landing pages, graphics, emails) align with brand and campaign goals using tools like HubSpot and AI applications.
- Champion process and program excellence through meticulous attention to detail, workflow improvements, and compliance with security policies.
- Travel up to 50% across the Eastern region, including the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast territories.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or Partner Marketing (experience in tech/VAR ecosystem is a plus).
- Proven success in managing end-to-end event logistics and regional marketing programs.
- Proficiency in Excel (reporting, budgets, attendee tracking) and PowerPoint (presentations and recaps).
- Strong understanding of event logistics, budget tracking, and ROI measurement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working closely with sales and external partners.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Trello, HubSpot, or similar event management tools is a plus.

- Compensation: Pursuant to NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City is $110,000-$120,000 OTE (base salary plus bonus). Compensation in other geographies may vary.
