Join us as ourMarketing Analytics Leadin the Data Services function, where you will drive data-driven insights that optimize marketing performance and guide strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage large-scale marketing performance data using advanced analytics and data science techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, segmentation, regression analysis) to identify actionable insights.
  • Drive digital, web, demand, and pipeline analytics.
  • Build and refine predictive and diagnostic models to support forecasting, targeting, and optimization strategies.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to implement data-informed actions and measure impact.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data integrity and evolve measurement frameworks and KPIs.
  • Develop clear, compelling narratives that translate technical data findings into business-relevant insights.
  • Utilize visual storytelling techniques—including dashboards and data visualizations—to enhance understanding and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the SVP of Demand Generation and global Marketing/SDR leaders to focus on key metrics and drive KPI improvements.
  • Spearhead initiatives to optimize processes, scalability, and performance within the Marketing team, including pipeline and channel analysis.
  • Act as a strategic partner across Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, and IT to align and streamline customer experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in Marketing Operations/Revenue Operations at a SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one statistical programming language (Python, R, etc.), along with experience in marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Demonstrated familiarity with intent data (6sense), sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Gong), and conversational analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
