Position Overview

Marketing Specialist - Digital at LIMRA and LOMA – the trusted source for industry knowledge in financial services. Join our Digital Member Engagement team in the Marketing & Communications division and contribute to innovative digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and maintain email-marketing campaigns and templates with a focus on responsive designs, personalization, and automation to support consumer and financial advisor businesses.
  • Support audience development efforts and build targeted contact lists in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Conduct data grooming in Salesforce to optimize contact information and member demographics.
  • Develop segmented lists based on engagement behaviors and prospect constituencies.
  • Collaborate with consumer and financial marketing teams to execute creative email campaigns while minimizing list decay and unsubscribes.
  • Collect and analyze data to recommend appropriate benchmarks, metrics, and trends supporting marketing strategies.
  • Aggregate and evaluate data related to marketing activities, programs, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders and internal business partners to understand and address their marketing needs.
  • Design and deliver web pages by ensuring proper layout, branding, and functionality, while keeping up with contemporary web-design trends.
  • Update content and graphics as necessary and coordinate with graphic designers to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Create and deliver effective, compelling marketing promotions, e-newsletters, targeted landing pages, messaging, and sales tools; manage email creation, content development, and campaign execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business (preferred) with 1-3 years of marketing experience.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Proficiency with digital and email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), Exact Target, Constant Contact, Real Magnet).
  • Experience with content management systems and working knowledge of HTML and CSS for web and email design.
  • Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and respond to frequently changing business needs.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and effective in communicating with cross-functional teams.
  • Capability to work independently and manage projects through completion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and email automation tools.
  • Openness to constructive feedback and commitment to continuous learning.
