The Human Resources Coordinator (HRC)
The Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) works with the Senior HR Director (HRD) supporting Recruiting, Onboarding, and other HR related processes. While primarily focused on Recruiting new talent and Onboarding, the HRC assists with all aspects of the entire associate life cycle. This person is the HR contact for the Centennial location. We are a hybrid office and the HRC is expected to be in the office at least 24 hours per week, including the Company Anchor Day, Tuesday.

What You Would Be Doing
- Support the Recruiting process by searching for potential qualified applicants via job boards including LinkedIn and Clear Company
- Post jobs to local job boards in West offices and develop relationships with Technical Schools applicable to HVAC and Power Generation careers
- Monitor applicants via the Applicant Tracking System (Clear Company) daily and respond timely to ensure a positive applicant experience
- Eventually learn how to screen resumes and perform professional reference checks
- Greeting all applicants and assist with Centennial office in person interviews and eventually taking part in the interview process in Centennial
- Prepare new associate welcome packets for the Centennial office and facilitate a part of the Onboarding process for all new hires
- Assign new hire HR Compliance Training and follow-up
- Coordinate the Company 60-day and various stay survey processes
- Coordinate the Company Predictive Index Behavior Assessment process
- Assist new hires with their paperwork and I-9 compliance
- Support the West offices’ state Leave of Absence/Disability processes, such as FAMLI, by answering questions and maintaining knowledge of applicable West state laws
- Support the Company Wellness Program by communicating and advocating bimonthly health challenges, lead and be the record keeper for the Wellness Committee meetings, coordinate the bimonthly Wellness newsletter, and the liaison for the DVL Wellness Plan
- Assist in travel arrangements for CO associates via the Company Travel Management Program (Egencia) when needed
- Coordinate the Company random drug testing process monthly
- Be local liaison for community outreach efforts and charitable work for all West Offices
- Assist with any special HR Department projects
- Act as one of the points of contact for the West HR department by assisting with internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
Minimum Requirements To Apply
- High School diploma: required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- College degree: or a few years of recent, relevant HR and/or Recruiting experience
- Experience: desire and ability to further career in Recruiting
- Prior recent: candidate sourcing and applicant tracking system experience
- HRIS System: experience
- Prior recent: and relevant internal customer service experience
- PHR, SHRM-CP: or similar related certification or in process of attaining preferred
- Exhibits extraordinary discretion, confidentiality, and flexibility with all associates
- Examples of developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others
- Highly Proficient: with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in Centennial office 3 days per week including Tuesday, the Company Anchor Day

Pay and Benefits
The pay range is $60,000 - $68,000/yr. based on relevant experience plus bonus and laptop.
