Position Overview

This hybrid-remote position reports to our 2270 Lakeside Blvd, Richardson, TX 75082 location. If selected, you must be able to report to this location 3–4 days weekly and work remotely 1–2 days weekly. Location: Richardson, Texas
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Regular
Salary: $19.81 hourly + commissions (potential $62,280+ per year)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and close deals to reach your sales and commissions targets.
  • Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections.
  • Explain bills and product features clearly.
  • Troubleshoot basic problems and seek higher support if needed.
  • Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues.
  • Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues.
  • Work a flexible schedule which may include nights, weekends, and overtime.
  • Participate in paid training to set you up for success.
