Position Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer—a highly creative visual thinker who can develop compelling graphics across print, digital, and product marketing. The ideal candidate will also bring supporting experience in photography, light website design, and brand identity to enhance the quality and consistency of our marketing content.

Location: El Paso, TX. Daily commute to office located in Juarez, MX.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design:
  • Create high-quality designs for digital and printed materials including brochures, ads, web graphics, packaging, product sheets, trade show elements, and presentations.
  • Work within brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across all materials.
  • Translate marketing strategies into effective visual concepts and campaign assets.
  • Develop new creative concepts that elevate the brand and product storytelling.
  • Prepare final production-ready files for print and digital channels.
• Photography:
  • Capture product and lifestyle photography when needed.
  • Edit and retouch images to meet brand standards.
  • Help maintain an organized library of visual assets.
• Website & Digital Support:
  • Create digital graphics optimized for websites, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Assist with light website updates or landing page design (no coding required).
  • Ensure digital assets follow best practices for sizing, resolution, and performance.
• Branding:
  • Support brand identity development by creating logos, icons, style elements, and visual standards.
  • Contribute to updating or refining brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all creative deliverables reflect and strengthen the brand voice.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Lightroom is a plus).
• Basic experience with photography, lighting, and photo editing.
• Familiarity with website layout/design tools (Figma, XD, CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar).
• Understanding of brand identity principles and visual consistency.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a product-based or consumer goods company.
• Exposure to packaging design or trade show materials.
• Basic video editing skills (bonus, not required).
