Vice President of Marketing & Growth

Position Overview

OrCasa Group, a fast-growing residential home improvement & construction company in South Florida (Hybrid/Remote), is seeking a Vice President of Marketing & Growth (Equity + Performance) to own and scale its lead generation engine. In this executive role, you will build demand, manage multi-channel acquisition—including Meta Ads, Google Ads, telemarketing, and inbound systems—and transform marketing into predictable revenue. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you will be a key part of the executive leadership team driving growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale lead generation across multiple channels:
  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Telemarketing / Call Center
  • Inbound funnels & CRM automations
• Manage marketing budget, ROAS & CPL
• Design and optimize customer acquisition funnels
• Implement tracking, attribution & dashboards
• Recruit and manage internal/external marketing teams
• Collaborate with the VP of Sales to align lead quality & conversion
• Own growth forecasting & expansion strategy

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance marketing or growth leadership
• Proven success managing Meta, Google, and outbound operations
• Deep understanding of funnels, attribution, and scaling strategies
• Strong analytical skills coupled with effective leadership abilities
• A growth mindset with long-term ownership mentality

Compensation & Benefits

• Phase 1: $4,000 monthly salary with an Equity Package of 5%–8% of OrCasa Group. Equity is performance-based, vested monthly over 24 months, and vests only while growth KPIs are achieved. Performance bonuses are tied to lead volume and ROAS.
• Phase 2 (Stabilized Revenue Stage): Competitive base salary with ongoing equity and performance incentives, plus a clear executive leadership growth path.
• Base Pay: Starting from $100,000.00 per year.
