Entry Level Finance Opportunity

Position Overview

Year Up is an intensive one-year (or less) job training program designed to provide young adults with essential technical
and professional skills through in‐classroom training, internships, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Participants
not only gain valuable hands‐on experience—including an internship at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh—but also receive aneducational stipend during the internship phase. This program equips you with a strong foundation to launch your career.

Required Qualifications

• 18-29 years old
• A high school graduate or GED recipient
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
• Have not obtained a Bachelor’s degree
